We love taking our learning outside to enjoy our beautiful school grounds. In P1 we’ve had great fun this term learning through Forest School every week. We’ve made the numbers and sounds we’re learning about using leaves and sticks. We worked as a team to make patterns from things we could find…sticks, leaves and stones. We learnt all about a Kelly Kettle and loved watching it smoke into life and waiting to hear it whistle when the water was boiled…and how we enjoyed some hot juice on a cold day! Most recently we collected small sticks and made our own Forest School Christmas decorations in our fabulous outdoor classroom🎄🎄🎄
