P3BK have been looking at different units of measure such as centimetres and metres.
We discussed different measuring tools such as: a ruler, measuring tape, trundle wheel, measuring cylinder, weighing scales, stopwatch and thermometer.
The children enjoyed using paperclips, Dienes and rulers to measure items from around our classroom. We then went outside and measured ourselves against some items that we found around our school!
