We had lots of fun exploring the theme of Light/Dark and Space. We made our spaceships using 3D junk materials and created 2D shape rocket pictures. We had fun using torches to read stories in our dark cave. We explored capacity by making some starry soup. Using our IWB, we played games and completed jigsaws about outer space. We read the story book “Aliens in underpants” together. We painted aliens and created play dough aliens of our own. We built a rocket ship outside and became astronauts going on an exciting space adventure!
